This role focuses on tax preparation, financial reporting, and client support, with direct exposure to a variety of engagements. Ideal for someone who enjoys client interaction and ownership of their work.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare individual and business tax returns (1040, 1065, 1120, 1120-S)Assist with tax compliance, extensions, and estimated paymentsRespond to IRS and state noticesPrepare and review financial statementsPerform account reconciliations and maintain accurate recordsSupport bookkeeping and accounting for clientsCommunicate directly with clients and maintain relationshipsCollaborate with partners on engagements and process improvementsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field2–5+ years of public accounting experienceStrong tax prep experience (individual + business)Experience with financial statements and reconciliationsExperience with tax software Strong communication and organizational skills
