About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and dependable Equipment Operator with proven experience in underground utility installation, powerline construction, substation projects, and foundation work. This is a great opportunity to join a dedicated team working on essential infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities: Operate heavy equipment including excavators, backhoes, trenchers, and skid steers. Perform excavation and installation of underground utilities and conduit systems. Support powerline and substation construction activities. Assist with concrete foundation preparation and installation. Conduct routine equipment inspections and maintenance. Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with project specifications. Collaborate with crew members and supervisors to meet project deadlines. Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience operating equipment in utility and powerline environments. Familiarity with underground utility systems, electrical infrastructure, and foundation work. Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred). Ability to read and interpret construction plans and utility maps. Strong understanding of job site safety and OSHA regulations. Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
