SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT ANALYST

Position DescriptionYou will serve as a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the NAVAIRSYSCOM HQ of NAVAL AIR SYSTEMS COMMAND.Position Duties/ResponsibilitiesYou will provide strategic direction and resource support to deliver operational and mission support services, supports compliance and audit activities, and drives continuous process improvement initiatives.You will advise on matters relating to organizational strategy and administration, process improvement, policy, and operations.You will lead complex, multi-disciplined command teams and efficiency initiatives, providing advisory and analytical support to executive decision-makersYou will be responsible for assessing cultural climates (both existing and desired), determining the scope of proposed command projects, and assisting in establishing command priorities.You will be responsible for NAVAIR and Navy’s General Fund Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) capability, enabling a center of excellence for an integrated systems approach to the resolution of command Navy ERP matters.You will enable decision support activities to focus on mission priorities, guides and assists leadership in articulating strategies and goals for internal and external stakeholders and implement command initiatives.Minimum Salary125776Maximum Salary192331
