Visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.We’re looking for a detail-driven analyst who thrives in Excel, reporting, and data-driven decision making to support our production planning and materials operations team. This role is a critical link across operations, engineering, and supply chain—turning data into insights that keep production moving.What You’ll DoBuild and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs for planning and inventory performanceAnalyze MRP data, shortages, demand signals, and material risks to support production continuityUse advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis) and tools like Power BI/Smartsheet to drive operational insightsSupport work order tracking, material flow, inventory coordination, and production readinessPartner cross-functionally to communicate material status, constraints, and planning issuesWhat We’re Looking For3+ years of experience in manufacturing planning, materials management, or supply chain operations within a manufacturing environmentStrong analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills (required)Experience creating reports, dashboards, and working with large datasetsFamiliarity with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)Ability to translate data into clear operational actionsExperience with Power BI, Smartsheet, or similar visualization/reporting tools preferred
