This Project Assistant will support project managers, project coordinators and construction teams by procuring materials and managing vendors. Other Responsibilities Include:Coordinate logistics for materials including project closeout and disposition of excess materials.Coordinate tracking materials upon order dates and organize required project documentation.Support users of central repository database in site management, compliance, and workflow management.Conduct data validation and audits on project and site information, ensuring that the project is appropriately defined.Arrange schedules and regulate flow of work within or between organizational units or businesses.Update daily and weekly trackers, provide status updates and reporting as needed.Work with site acquisition, engineering, and contractors to meet deadlines.REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEMinimum of 2 years of prior procurement work experienceAnalytical background with experience in data validation (e.g., background screening, financial analysis, auditing), demonstrating a high level of attention to detailExperience supporting vendor quotes, purchase orders, requisitions etc.Prior experience in office administration, project coordination or a similar roleNICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEBachelor's DegreeExperience in the telecommunications industryCertified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)Experience with federally funded grant projectsCompensation:$20/hr to $25/hr.Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
