Job DescriptionAmerican Traveler is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a travel job in Bedford, Indiana.Job Description & RequirementsSpecialty: CT TechnologistDiscipline: Allied Health ProfessionalStart Date: 06/22/2026Duration: 18 weeks40 hours per weekShift: 8 hours, daysEmployment Type: TravelAssignment OverviewShift: Days, 5x8hrsHours: 40 hrs/wkStart Date: Jun 22, 2026Length: 18 weeksOpenings: 1DescriptionAmerican Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist with 18 months to 2 years of experience for a travel assignment at a busy critical access hospital in Bedford, Indiana.DetailsWork in a busy critical access hospital serving ED, ICU, Med/Surgical, walk-in clinic, and outpatient scheduled testingInpatient and outpatient setting within a community teaching hospitalCT procedures include abdomen, pelvis, head/neck, chest, spine, musculoskeletal, brain perfusion, myelography, CTAs, and multiplanar reconstructionX-ray procedures include extremities, abdomen/GI, spine/pelvis, head, chest/thorax, and upper/lower extremities2 patient roomsSchedule is 2x12-hour shifts (Sat/Sun, 8:00–20:00) and 1x8-hour shift (Mon, 14:00–22:00)Charting via Cerner (experience required)Contract length is 13–18 weeksRequirementsMinimum 18 months to 2 years of CT Technologist experience requiredCurrent BLS certification (AHA or RQI accepted) requiredARRT (R) certification required; advanced ARRT certification preferredCerner EMR experience requiredProficiency with PACS, portables, and contrast requiredIN state license or Compact License required if applicableUniversity must have been accredited by ACEN or CCNE at time of graduationAdditional InformationFirst-time travelers are welcome to applyAll travelers may float within the hospital or to a nearby affiliate hospitalCandidates must be available to work 2 out of 3 major holidaysUp to 5 days of RTO may be auto-approvedLocal candidates are accepted for Allied positionsFormer permanent or PRN employees of IU Health must have been separated for at least 12 months before applying as a travelerAmerican Traveler Job ID #P-702383.
