Job Title: IT Sales Location: Rancho Cordova, CA Duration: 12 months Pay Range - $60/hr to $65/hr Description: We are seeking a contract sales leader with deep experience in manufacturing or industrial technology to help drive early customer adoption of a new computer vision AI platform. This role is ideal for someone who understands plant operations and has existing relationships across quality, manufacturing, and operations teams. What You'll DoLeverage your network to open doors with manufacturing customers (especially automotive and industrial)Drive sales of paid pilots and initial deployments for edge-based and cloud productsTranslate real-world operational challenges into compelling AI use cases (inspection, defect detection, process optimization)Shape early go-to-market messaging based on customer feedbackBuild and manage a small pipeline from initial outreach through close What We're Looking For10+ years selling software into manufacturing, industrial, or automation environmentsProven ability to close complex, solution-based dealsStrong relationships with plant managers, manufacturing engineers, or quality leadersComfortable operating independently in an early-stage, fast-moving environmentExperience with AI, machine vision, or industrial software is a strong plus
