Position Summary: The Business Developer is responsible for generating new business opportunities for commercial landscape maintenance services. This role is focused on driving growth in an active and unsaturated territory, building long-term relationships with property managers and real estate decision-makers. What You'll Do: Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to close for commercial landscape maintenance contracts Prospect, qualify, and build strong relationships with property managers, facility directors, and real estate stakeholders Represent the brand with professionalism, urgency, and a solutions-oriented mindset Partner with branch operations teams to align expectations and deliver exceptional service Maintain consistent pipeline activity and sales reporting via CRM What We're Looking For: 5+ years in Landscape B2B sales. Proven closer with a track record of exceeding goals; hunter mindset Expert in lead generation, cold outreach, and market research Strong communicator who thrives in relationship-based selling Skilled at identifying client pain points and positioning value-based solutions Organized, persistent, and comfortable working independently Local market knowledge is highly desired Employment Type: Full Time Years Experience: 5 - 10 years Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 Annual Bonus/Commission: Yes
