AppleOne is proud to partner with a well-established non-profit organization in San Clemente that is seeking a Donor Development Manager to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who is not only experienced in fundraising and donor relations, but also brings an outgoing, engaging personality and enjoys building meaningful connections within the community.In this position, you will lead fundraising efforts through donor engagement, grant writing, and corporate partnerships, helping to drive the organization's mission forward. You'll be responsible for developing and executing fundraising strategies, cultivating donor relationships, managing grants, and supporting impactful events. This role works closely with leadership and plays a key part in increasing philanthropic support and community involvement.The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of fundraising or development experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce, along with a creative and strategic mindset, is highly valued.
