Summary
Our General Labor team will help in the production efforts to provide our customers with quality products. They must ensure compliance with safety, quality, and quantity standards. The successful candidate will be ultimately responsible for daily tasks set in place by the plant manager to meet and exceed daily production goals by ensuring that all products are produced efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities
Setting up materials to load and feed product into the machine.
Verify the quality of the materials and discard any that may be defective.
Cut or stack material to prepare for banding.
Feeding material down the moulding, lamination line in ordinance with existing quantity and quality standards.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Perform basic preventative maintenance, troubleshoot issues to ensure machines continue to run at optimal levels.
Assist lamination changeovers in a safe and efficient manner.
Communicate with lead team members to ensure all material, boxes, glue, tools, overlay, carts and labels are completed and on schedule.
Taking out trash and ensuring all overlay, substate and glue is taken out/stored at the end of each shift.
Communicate any safety or inventory concerns.
· Additional duties may be assigned or changed depending on the needs of the business unit.
Qualifications
Must be able to communicate in English; bilingual is preferred.
High School diploma
Experience around machines required.
Able to meet the physical demands of the job including standing, bending, squatting, and lifting at least 50 pounds.
Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening.
