They are already working with some of the biggest companies in the world and the product basically sells itself. Early days, massive market, real revenue, and a founding team that has done this before. Now it's time to build out the Engineering team from the ground up!The RoleHigh ownership, high responsibility. You will own major parts of the product end to end including architecture, implementation, and customer deployment. You will work directly with users, shape the roadmap, and help define what great looks like on both the product and the team.What You Will BuildCore systems that track and attribute AI generated code at the line level across Git workflowsHigh performance pipelines for ingesting, processing, and querying developer and agent activityDeep integrations with Git internals to collect data without interrupting developer workflowsIntegrations with leading coding agents including Cursor, Claude Code, and CopilotObservability and analytics systems that measure agent autonomy and long term effectivenessEnterprise self hosted deployments with strict requirements around performance, security, and reliabilityWhat We Are Looking For5+ years of engineering experience with a startup background, Seed through Series CStrong full stack or systems engineer with depth in backend, infrastructure, or distributed systemsExperience building production systems that need to be fast and reliableHigh agency individuals who want real ownership, not just a ticket queueStrong product intuition and genuine opinions about how developers use what they buildWe use Rust and TypeScript but are flexible on backgroundBonus: experience with Git internals, developer tooling, or observability and telemetry systemsCompensation and Benefits$200K+ base salary PLUS meaningful equityMedical, dental, and vision coverageDirect access to the founders from day oneIf you have gotten this far ... to formally apply, send an email to Evan@the-greenegroup.com with a copy of your resume and the SUBJECT of your favorite movie along with a sentence of your startup tech experience!
