They need someone who can design, build, and optimize the new platform while ensuring it’s scalable, user-friendly, and compliant.What you’ll be doingDesign and build SharePoint Online sites, libraries, and overall structureDevelop custom SPFx (React) components to enhance UX and functionalityAutomate workflows using Power Automate (approvals, notifications, processes)Build Power Apps integrated with SharePoint for internal toolsSupport integration and automation using PowerShell, Graph API, REST, and PnPHelp implement governance and compliance controls (retention, DLP, eDiscovery)Troubleshoot and continuously improve performance and usabilityWhat we’re looking forStrong experience with SharePoint Online development (SPFx, React)Experience building scalable document management solutionsSolid exposure to Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)Experience with M365 integrations and automation toolsBackground in regulated environments or document lifecycle management is a plusMUST HAVES:US Citizen or GC Holder onlyMust be willing to be on site in NYC (lower Manhattan)
