Business Account Executive – IT Solutions & Staffing Northeast Ohio Exodus Integrity Services (EIS) is a growing technology firm headquartered in Northeast Ohio. Since 1997, we’ve built our reputation by taking a consultative, integrity‑first approach to IT staffing and consulting—focused on long‑term partnerships, not transactional sales. We’re expanding our sales team and looking for Business Account Executives who consistently operate in the top tier of performance. This role is ideal for sales professionals who want ownership of their market, meaningful client relationships, and earnings that reflect results. The Role As a Business Account Executive at EIS, you will own your territory and be accountable for driving growth through new and existing client relationships. This is a consultative sales role where success comes from understanding business problems, positioning the right solutions, and executing with discipline. You will: Develop and execute a focused sales strategy within your market Initiate and grow relationships with new and existing clients Lead discovery conversations with business and IT decision‑makers Identify client needs and align EIS consulting, staffing, and IT solutions Manage a pipeline with discipline and intent Build long‑term, trust‑based client partnerships Represent EIS with professionalism, credibility, and integrity This is not a transactional or order‑taking role. You will be expected to think strategically, prospect intentionally, and manage your territory like a business.
