We develop high-performance active ingredients and specialty raw materials used across personal care and consumer product applications. Our team brings together decades of technical expertise in formulation science, materials engineering, and manufacturing. Key Responsibilities Weigh, measure, and blend raw materials according to approved manufacturing formulas and batch instructions Oversee compounding operations to help ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to production standards Read and interpret process flow documentation while identifying potential issues or inconsistencies during production Operate and support the maintenance of manufacturing equipment including mixers, kettles, pumps, and related processing systems Clean and sanitize manufacturing equipment and work areas before and after production runs Follow all applicable safety procedures, PPE requirements, and GMP manufacturing standards Maintain accurate batch records, production logs, adjustments, and quality documentation in a timely manner Support additional production and operational activities as needed Qualifications High school diploma or associate degree preferred 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment Strong attention to detail with the ability to learn processes and procedures quickly Effective written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities Experience managing workflows, inventory, or operational processes is a plus Team-oriented, coachable, dependable, and comfortable both giving and receiving constructive feedback What Stands Out You take pride in your work ethic and ownership mentality, with a willingness to see projects through to completion You demonstrate a high level of precision and consistency in day-to-day responsibilities You can speak confidently about systems, workflows, or operational processes you previously helped improve, manage, or build Compensation & Benefits Compensation range: $45,000–$55,000 depending on experience Annual performance bonus opportunity (up to 10%) 401(k) program Performance-based compensation reviews and raises Early Fridays Company holiday closure between Christmas and New Year Medical and dental benefits Company-funded HSA contribution of up to $2,600 annually
