Job Summary As a Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using tools such as Tableau and Power BI to visualize data effectively. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to gather requirements and deliver impactful analytics solutions. Design and implement ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure data integrity and accessibility across platforms. Utilize programming languages like R and Python for advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling. Conduct business analysis to understand user needs and translate them into technical specifications for database design. Manage projects through the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ensuring timely delivery of analytics initiatives. Document processes using tools like Visio to create clear workflows that enhance team collaboration. Basic qualifications Strong analytical skills with a focus on data analysis techniques and methodologies. Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and extracting relevant information. Preferred qualifications Experience with database management systems such as Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, or Talend. Familiarity with scripting languages such as VBA or Bash (Unix shell) for automation tasks. Knowledge of linked data concepts and their application in analytics projects. Previous experience in project management within an Agile framework is a plus.
