HR Coordinator

HR CoordinatorOur client, a Junior's apparel manufacturer, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Coordinator to support their daily HR operations in a fast-paced fashion environment.Responsibilities:Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentationSupport payroll processing, including timekeeping, data entry, and coordination with the payroll providerAssist with onboarding, offboarding and benefits administration.Support with staffing and recruitmentEnsure compliance with company policies and employment regulationsProvide general administrative support to HR and leadership teamsManage office operations, including supplies, vendor coordination, and office needsSupport cross-functional teams with ad hoc requests.Qualifications:2+ years of experience in HR, payroll, or administrative support (fashion or retail industry highly preferred)Strong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience with HRIS or payroll systems (e.g., ADP) is a plusAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentPlease submit a resume for consideration!We will consider qualified candidates with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
