The role will focus on leading major mechanical construction projects, mentoring project teams, and supporting the continued growth of the Columbus operation.Key ResponsibilitiesLead large commercial and industrial HVAC and plumbing construction projectsOversee multiple projects and project teams simultaneouslyManage project financials including budgets, forecasting, cost control, and profitabilityBuild and maintain strong relationships with general contractors, owners, and industry partnersSupport leadership in strategic planning and operational improvementsMentor and develop project managers and project engineersEnsure projects are delivered on schedule, on budget, and with high quality standardsQualifications10+ years of experience in mechanical construction project managementStrong experience managing commercial or industrial HVAC/plumbing projectsProven ability to manage large-scale or multiple concurrent projectsStrong leadership and communication skillsExperience managing project financial performance and forecastingPreferred ExperienceDesign-build mechanical construction projectsLeadership experience managing PMs or project teamsExperience working with large commercial, healthcare, or industrial clientsCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salaryPerformance-based bonusesComprehensive benefits packageOpportunity for long-term leadership growth within the organization
