MACHINE OPERATOR ENTRY LEVEL DAY SHIFT

We are currently seeking Entry Level Waterjet Machine Operators for our fast-paced manufacturing operations.This position is a 12 hours Day shift 7:00am- 7:00pm- Swing shift.This position requires the ability to:Essential Job Functions:Trim, lift, and stack rubber matsComply with all safety processes and procedures for safe operation of the machinery and equipmentPerform housekeeping and basic equipment maintenance tasks requiring the use of hand tools such as wrenches (Socket and Allen), saws-all, belt seamers/iron, utility knives, push knives, scrapers, air hoses, brooms, shovels, squeegees, shop vacs, Dennison guns and wooden paddlesAssist with machine preventive maintenance, mold changes and material changeoversWork within a team setting and be cross trained to perform all essential job duties within the teamMeet or exceed all performance and productivity standards including working safely, maintaining acceptable quality levels and achieving desired standard output levelsPerform other assignments as requested or as business needs requiredQualifications:Experience performing light maintenance on equipment such as filter changes, administering inspection checklists, using tools, assisting maintenance associatesMaintaining regular and predictable attendanceComplying with company processes and proceduresFollowing verbal and written instructionsAbility to work rotating 12-hour schedules including every other weekend and all applicable holidays on your rotation schedule and OT as requiredDemonstrated attitude of safety and quality as top prioritiesApache Mills, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any other federal, state or local protected class.EOE M/F/D/V E-Verify EmployerHealth insurancePaid time offDental insurance401(k)Vision insuranceLife insurance401(k) matching
