The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and managing the logistics of shipments, ensuring timely delivery of milk, communicating with drivers and dairy's to provide status updates, and resolving any issues that arise during transportation. Daily tasks will include scheduling shipments, tracking dairy tank inventory, managing transportation documents, and maintaining clear and accurate records of all dispatch activities. The Dispatcher will also manage the allocation of trucks and drivers to optimize operational efficiency.QualificationsStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyFamiliarity with logistics and transportation managementProficient in using Microsoft Office SuiteHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in logistics is a plusExperience in a similar role within the transportation or logistics industry is preferred
