This role provides support to the molding line Operator in the utilization and operation of the molding line portion of the production process. This includes; supporting in completing paperwork, cleaning work areas, adjustments to equipment, etc.Key responsibilities include:Assist the Molding Operator by supporting and following direction in the operation and production of the molding linesResponsible for assembling containers, packaging, labeling, set-up, and clean down of a Molding lineResponsible for following GMP practices and maintaining a clean work areaResponsible for any other necessary duties to assist in the packaging and warehousing of any productWorks within all regulatory requirementsMust comply with all all OSHA regulationsMust be capable of operating a forkliftAbility to adhere to GMP, HACCP, & FSSC 22000 practices and all other food safety requirementsAbout you:Must be able to communicate appropriately with Supervisors and Co-Workers (Verbal and simple written reports are required)Must be able to follow Operator's and/or Supervisor's directions and guidanceMust be a results oriented individual, who thrives on situations involving pressureMust demonstrate knowledge of the equipment and its operation within 30 days of actively training on the jobMust obtain forklift certification as soon as possible after receiving positionMust be able to lift; 25 lbs and 30 lbs Often (60%), 40 lbs and 50 lbs Sometimes (40%).Ability to develop an understanding of Barry Callebaut factory production capabilitiesMust be able to freely move around the entire facility.What you can expect from Barry Callebaut:Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits packageEnvironment that welcomes workplace flexibilityAn atmosphere where diversity is embraced, and inclusivity is second nature.
