This role requires strong leadership, the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, and hands-on operational experience in an industrial environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate heat-treating activities including furnace operation, quenching, tempering, and cooling cyclesSupervise heat-treat operators and assign daily tasksMonitor equipment performance, temperatures, and production cyclesEnsure all products meet quality and specification requirementsMaintain safety standards and enforce proper PPE usageTroubleshoot equipment issues and communicate with maintenanceComplete production logs, reports, and documentationWork outdoors and in high-heat industrial environmentsRequirementsExperience in heat treat, pipe manufacturing, or industrial operationsAbility to work outdoors and in high-temperature areasStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to lift, stand, and perform physical tasksSafety-focused mindsetReliable and able to work overtime if needed
