The Director of Engineering leads the development and delivery of complex energy and infrastructure systems, translating high-level technical vision into scalable, reliable products. This role builds and manages a growing engineering organization while driving execution across hardware, software, and systems integration. Description In this role you will report directly into Senior Leadership and will be responsible for: Defining and executing the engineering strategy aligned with company objectives Leading the design, development, and integration of complex technical systems Establishing engineering processes, standards, and best practices Managing technical risk, system performance, and delivery timelines Building, mentoring, and scaling a multidisciplinary engineering team Partnering with Operations, Product, and Leadership on execution and delivery Supporting customer, partner, and stakeholder technical engagements Profile The successful candidate will have: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline 10+ years of engineering experience in advanced hardware, energy, and/or nuclear environments Demonstrated experience leading and scaling engineering teams Background in delivering complex, multi-disciplinary systems Strong systems-level thinking and problem-solving skills Experience operating in fast-paced or high-growth environments Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences Job Offer The candidate will receive...
