Company Description Do Good Multnomah is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing permanent supportive housing and low-barrier emergency shelter to houseless Veterans in Portland, Oregon. By fostering relationship-building, one-on-one engagement, and supportive services, the organization aims to change the way support is provided to houseless Veterans. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Portland, OR for a Team Lead. The Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the supportive housing and emergency shelter programs. Key responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating services for residents, engaging with community partners, ensuring compliance with organizational guidelines, and fostering a supportive environment for houseless Veterans. Qualifications Leadership, team management, and staff supervision skillsExperience in supportive housing, emergency shelter operations, and veteran servicesStrong interpersonal and relationship-building abilitiesKnowledge of community resources and partnershipsExcellent organizational and time-management skillsEffective communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work collaboratively within a team and across various departmentsBachelor's degree in social work, human services, or a related field preferredPrevious experience working with houseless populations is a plus
