Our work environment includes: Modern warehouse and office setting We are looking for a detail-oriented Receiving, Shipping, and RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Associate to join our retail team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling the receipt, shipment, and processing of merchandise, as well as managing customer returns and exchanges. Your attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction will contribute to the smooth operation of our retail business. Responsibilities: Shipping:Prepare merchandise for shipment with accurate labeling and packaging. Coordinate with shipping carriers for timely pickups and deliveries. Generate shipping documents and ensure proper documentation. Receiving:Receive merchandise from vendors and verify order accuracy. Inspect items for quality and report any damages or defects. Organize and label received goods for storage and accessibility. RMA Processing:Process customer returns, exchanges, and warranty claims. Inspect returned items for condition and determine appropriate action. Update inventory records and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution. Experience: - Previous experience in a retail or merchandising role is preferred but not required - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
