PMHNP Full-Time

Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) – Full time  PHA is seeking a dedicated PMHNP to join our growing team. You will provide psychiatric care across multiple skilled nursing facilities, collaborating with staff and ensuring the highest quality of patient-centered care. This position offers autonomy, professional growth, and the support of an experienced physician-led group. Conduct psychiatric evaluations, record patient histories, and maintain accurate documentation. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians and facility staff. Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications. Educate patients on health promotion, disease prevention, and psychiatric conditions. Participate in case reviews, consultations, and ongoing care coordination. Adhere to regulatory requirements and reporting standards. Active State of Florida APRN license in good standing. National Board Certification as PMHNP. Post-acute care experience required . 1 year of psychiatric experience preferred (training available for the right candidate). Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR). Bilingual (English/Spanish) required Medical, Dental, Vision and 401(k) Reporting Structure Reports to Supervisory Psychiatric Physician / Executive Director Ability to sit, stand, or use a computer for extended periods.
