Title: Sr. Cost Analyst (Operational Finance) Location: Laurel, MD (100% On-Site) Compensation: $40 - $42/hr Duration: Contract (With 2026 ERP Implementation Project)Are you an Analyst who see's the yield on the floor, the labor in the rows, and the cost of every raw material? We’re looking for a Senior Financial Analyst who knows that a precise Bill of Materials (BOM) is the heartbeat of a successful production operation.We are currently navigating a significant growth phase, including a transition to a new ERP system. We need someone who can maintain our weekly P&L integrity today while helping us build the costing structures of tomorrow.The ResponsibilitiesManage and audit Bills of Materials (BOMs) to ensure our cost models match reality. Provide the production and procurement teams with deep-dives into labor inputs and material costs.Help design the costing and reporting architecture for our new ERP system.Own the weekly P&L and yield reporting that drives our operational decisions.What You BringBachelor’s in Finance or Accounting with a heavy lean toward manufacturing/production.Advanced Excel is a must. If you’ve touched Produce Pro, SBT, or Redzone, you’re at the top of our list.You’re comfortable collaborating with procurement buyers and production managers.
