The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent interpersonal, execution, research, writing and organizational skills.This will be a hybrid role with requirements of 2-3 days a week in one of EisnerAmper’s offices located throughout the United States.What it Means to Work for EisnerAmper:You will get to be part of one of the largest and fastest growing accounting and advisory firms in the industryYou will have the flexibility to manage your days in support of our commitment to work/life balanceYou will join a culture that has received multiple top “Places to Work” awardsWe believe that great work is accomplished when cultures, ideas and experiences come together to create new solutionsWe understand that embracing our differences is what unites us as a team and strengthens our foundationShowing up authentically is how we, both as professionals and a Firm, find inspiration to do our best workWhat Work You Will Be Responsible For: On a daily basis, the role will involve (but is not limited to):Planning, strategizing, and executing proposal documents and Request for Proposal (RFP) responses for prospects and clientsExperience incorporating the latest technologies, inclusive of AI, to enhance the proposal process (Claude, ChatGPT) and increase efficiencyDrafting proposal responses based on insight from prospect meetings and RFP requirementsCollaborating with internal team members on proposal win themesEditing and compiling the final proposal documents and preparing for submission, delivery, and trackingOrganizing and maintaining critical databases of proposal content, including firm statistical details, services, industry experience, case studies, and other related data Working closely with operations, technical, and service area subject matter experts to gather information required for proposal developmentTranslating and communicating technical material and concepts into content that is accessible for audiences with mixed levels of expertiseDeveloping prospect meeting presentations, booklets, and other marketing collateralRecording proposals in process in the proposals pipeline once issuedCommunicating with supervisor any obstacles or items of concernA successful candidate for this position:Provides courteous and prompt service to all internal and external parties Prioritizes and addresses requests and assignments in a professional and cooperative mannerIs able to multi-task, project manage, and adhere to strict deadlinesAssists co-workers in the completion of tasks and assignments to ensure continuity of serviceActively supports teamwork throughout the organizationSupports and contributes to other departmental areas, as neededPerforms other services as assignedBasic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, accounting, business administration, or related field required2+ years of proposal experience (RFP Government and/or Advisory experience preferred)Knowledge and experience using proposal software (Qvidian, Templafy, Storydoc)Experience with AI in the proposal processPreferred/Desired Qualifications:Strong Business Writing/AP style preferredProfessional services experience a plusExtensive experience with MS Office 365, particularly Word and PowerPoint required. Other marketing computer software and online applications a plus.Prior proposal experience preferred. Experience responding to Government proposals a plus.Good understanding of marketing principles, sales philosophy, and the accounting industryWell-organized with a customer-oriented approachExcellent written and spoken communication skillsCritical and analytical thinking and problem-solving abilitiesMinimal travelEisnerAmper is proud to be a merit-based employer.
