Research Scientist

Conduct fundamental research on memory systems, cognition, and AI. Define the scientific foundation for next‑generation memory augmentation technologies. What You'll Do Conduct original research on memory augmentation and contextual AI Design and execute experiments to test research hypotheses Publish findings in top‑tier conferences and journals Collaborate with engineers to transition research into products Stay current with latest developments in AI, NLP, and cognitive science Mentor research engineers and contribute to team growth Present research findings to internal teams and external audiences What We're Looking For PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Cognitive Science, or related field 2+ years of research experience (academic or industry) Track record of publications in top conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL, etc.) Deep expertise in machine learning, NLP, or information retrieval Strong mathematical and statistical foundation Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work on open‑ended research problems Nice to Have Experience with memory systems or knowledge representation Background in cognitive psychology or neuroscience Industry research experience at top labs Experience with large language models and retrieval systems Postdoctoral research experience Track record of research‑to‑product transitions Experience leading research teams or projects #J-18808-Ljbffr
