Behavior Analyst BCBA Behavior Support Coordinator ​Base Salary: $65,000 To $75,000 Annually/Hybrid Position  Behavioral Support Coordinator (BCBA, BCaBA, or DHS Level 2)Location: Macomb, IL(Serving Macomb and surrounding communities: Canton, Galesburg, and Quincy)Model: Consultation & Preventive Support (No On-Call / No Crisis Response). Why Join Mosaic?We know the current landscape for BCBAs can be exhausting. The consultation-based model includesObserving individuals in their natural environments (homes/service settings).Coaching and role-modeling ABA strategies for direct care staff.Analyzing data to adjust support plans proactively before challenges escalate.Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team (Psychiatry, SLP, etc.).Your Impactful RoleProgram Development: Create and implement behavioral support programs that reduce challenging behaviors and empower individuals to pursue their goals.Clinical Oversight: Conduct ongoing behavior analysis through observations, data reviews, and interviews.Staff Mentorship: Develop competency-based training programs and provide "in-the-moment" coaching and role-modeling in residential and service settings.Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Maintain active communication with the individual’s support team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and speech pathologists.Compliance: Ensure all programs meet regulatory requirements and maintain detailed, accurate case notes and records. Schedule: Generally Day Hours Monday-Friday/Hour May Vary Based On Needs Of Individuals In Service. Commitment to Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Belonging:At Mosaic, we believe in creating a workplace where everyone has the chance to contribute and succeed. It's good for the workforce, it's good for Mosaic, and it's the right thing to do.QualificationsCertification: Must be Board Certified (BCBA/BCaBA) or approved for the examination and qualify as a DHS Level 2 Behavior Therapist.Licensure: Must be eligible for Illinois state licensure and status as an IMPACT provider.Experience: Minimum of one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities in intervention and support.Requirements: Valid state driver’s license and in good standing with the BACB.Professionalism: Commitment to ongoing mandated in-service training.
