All credentials and past performance metrics will be rigorously verified prior to an offer.​The Role: Principal of Enterprise Growth (Player-Coach)​Job Description:We are looking for an apex predator to lead our outbound strike team.​The Principal of Enterprise Growth is the operational sales commander for CareBridge. You are a "Player-Coach." Your objective is two-fold: First, you will aggressively hunt, warm up, and close your own pipeline with hospital CFOs. Second, you will manage, train, and drive the daily production metrics of our Strategic Growth Associates (Outbound Enterprise Sales).​You must lead from the front. When your team tees up a highly-qualified lead, you will step in, run the discovery phase, and close the $475,000 contract. There are no free rides; you must execute the exact same outbound plays you demand from your team at a highly lethal volume.​Qualifications & Technical Requirements:​The Hunter/Closer DNA: Absolute mastery of high-ticket B2B cold calling, objection handling, C-suite hierarchy navigation, and executive closing.​Sales Leadership: Proven track record of managing high-performance, commission-driven outbound sales teams. You must know how to enforce KPIs without micromanaging.​Tool Mastery: Deep expertise in Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM pipeline management.​Compensation Structure (W-2 Employee / Recoverable Draw):​The Recoverable Draw: A guaranteed $4,000 per month ($48k annualized) recoverable draw. This provides a secure baseline during the 90-to-120-day hospital sales cycle. This draw is deducted directly from your commission payouts once deals close.​Personal Commission: 10% of gross contract value on your personal leads that close ($47,500 payout per standard $475k deal).​Override Commission: 3% of gross contract value on every deal closed from your team's pipeline ($14,250 payout per deal).​Trimester & Annual Bonuses: Heavy performance-based cash bonuses awarded every 4 months (trimester) and at year-end for exceeding team-wide pipeline targets.​Benefits: 100% employer-paid premium medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with 6% match, and unlimited PTO.(Note: Must permanently reside in FL, GA, NC, TN, IL, TX, NY, CA, MA, WA, PA, CO, VA, UT, AZ, MN, or NJ.
