Retail Manager

Hi, we're JAYNE...a fashion-forward women's clothing/footwear/accessory boutique with 6 (soon to be 7!) locations across Chicagoland. We're currently hiring for a full-time Management Positions. We are looking for candidates that will provide amazing customer service, motivate and manage staff effectively, have an eye for merchandising, and love working for a local business! Responsibilities Train, motivate, mentor, and provide feedback to sales staff Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures Multi-store merchandise distributions Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards Report on buying trends, customer needs, etc Propose innovative ideas to increase market share Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc) Additional managerial duties as needed Requirements Proven successful experience as a retail Store Manager Customer management skills Strong organizational skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Availability on most weekends required Job Type: Full-time Salary: From $47,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee discount Flexible schedule Health insurance Experience level: 3-5 years Weekly day range: Monday to Friday Weekend availability Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: Supervising Experience: 3 years (Preferred) Customer Service: 3 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
