You will work closely with Sales, Account Management, Operations, and Research to ensure exceptional client experience. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and accounts, managing all aspects of the client relationship from onboarding and reporting to payment coordination and ongoing support.In addition, as part of the Research Department within the Global Securities Class Action team, this position will support research initiatives designed to deepen our understanding of the market, clients, and competitive landscape. This role will also contribute to thought leadership, sales enablement, and strategic research that helps guide business decisions.Relationship Manager Responsibilities:Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients and accountsManage client onboarding, reporting, communications, and ongoing supportMonitor key deadlines, filings, deficiency responses, and data-related requests to ensure timely actionAdvocate for clients and help maximize claims outcomesCoordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient service and client satisfactionProvide regular updates and reporting to clientsHelp ensure timely payments and communicate distributions clearlySupport contract renewals and recurring client meetings, including business reviewsIdentify opportunities to improve client experience and internal processesContribute to department initiatives, best practices, and team collaborationMarket Research Analyst ResponsibilitiesConduct market and competitor research to support business strategyIdentify target markets, client segments, and industry trendsSupport research projects related to the global securities class action landscapeAssist with thought leadership, written content, and research-based insightsProvide market intelligence to support sales enablement and business developmentBuild knowledge of client needs, market issues, and company solutionsSupport the Research and Client Services teams with ongoing projects and day-to-day needsQualifications:5+ years of class action experienceSignificant experience in project management, client management, and/or account managementComprehensive understanding of securities class action plan allocations, as well as deficiency and audit processes and requirementsExperience with securities trading, including equity, debt, and derivative securitiesStrong research, analytical, and writing skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong presentation skills, including the ability to present to senior stakeholders and, ideally, at conferencesAbility to synthesize information and communicate findings clearly and effectivelyStrong attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow-throughAbility to manage multiple assignments and priorities in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPointInterest in financial services, market intelligence, and the global securities class action spaceBachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, legal studies, communications, or equivalent relevant experiencePreferred Qualifications:Prior experience in research, strategy, sales support, financial services, or a related areaFamiliarity with preparing presentations, summaries, and research-driven business materialsCuriosity about clients, markets, competitors, and industry trendsCollaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skillsCompensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $80,000 - $100,000 USD.
