Electrical Engineering Intern

Location: On-site Paid InternshipDuration: 10–14 weeks (Summer Internship) Job Function: The Engineering Intern will work with engineering and production teams to deploy improvement projects involving PLC automation and electrical distribution. Duties and Responsibilities / Essential Functions·      Development and Updating of Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams using Autocad·      Development and Updating of Electrical Diagrams using Autocad·      Data historian configuration using Ignition / Canary / Axiom·      Develop comprehensive instrumentation database EXPERIENCE and EDUCATION: Pursuing a degree in Electrical or Chemical EngineeringStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsInterest in manufacturing systems and operations, PLC automation, instrumentation and power distribution design for industrial systems  Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Familiarity or learning aptitude for AutocadFamiliarity with basic AC Power, Analog / Digital Signal Processing and Industrial Instrumentation or aptitude to learn
