Interns must be onsite at least 3 days/weekAs a UX Design Intern on the Product Management team, you will help design intuitive, data-driven software experiences that support complex decision-making for global travel and hospitality businesses. You will work alongside product managers, designers, and engineers to research user needs, explore design solutions, and create prototypes that improve how users interact with advanced analytics and AI-powered software.This role provides hands-on experience designing real product features - from understanding user problems through testing and iteration - while learning modern UX practices within a fast-moving enterprise product environment.What you'll be doing:Supporting UX designers in researching user workflows, behaviors, and challenges to better understand how customers use our software in real-world scenariosParticipating in user research activities such as interviews, usability testing, and design walkthroughs to gather feedback and validate design decisionsCreating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to explore and communicate design solutionsCollaborating with Product Management and Engineering to translate user needs and product requirements into clear, usable experiencesHelping design workflows and interfaces that simplify complex data and analytics into actionable insights for usersContributing to the design of next-generation product experiences that incorporate automation and generative AI to assist user decision-makingSupporting usability evaluations and synthesizing findings into actionable design recommendationsDocumenting design decisions, user flows, and interaction patterns to support development and cross-team alignmentMaintaining awareness of user experience trends, accessibility considerations, and emerging design patternsAssisting the UX team in evolving design processes, systems, and reusable patterns across productsWhat you'll bring to us:Current enrollment in an accredited degree program in Human-Computer Interaction, UX Design, Interaction Design, Psychology, Information Science, Graphic Design, or a related discipline (Junior or Senior status preferred)Interest in designing digital products and improving how people interact with softwareBasic experience with design or prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar)Curiosity about user behavior and a desire to understand how people solve problems using technologyAbility to communicate ideas visually and verbally within a collaborative team environmentStrong organizational skills and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environmentComfort receiving feedback and iterating on designsInterest in emerging technologies such as AI-assisted workflows or intelligent software systems is a plusWhat you'll Gain:Hands-on experience working on real product features used by global customersExposure to enterprise-scale product design and cross-functional collaborationExperience designing for data-rich applications and AI-assisted user experiencesMentorship from experienced UX and product professionalsInsight into how user research and design directly influence product strategy and deliveryWe Support Who You Are....As a global company, we strive to create an inclusive environment where diverse perspectives spark innovation and meet the challenges of an evolving world.
