Company DescriptionHealth Tech House is a GTM advisory firm for PE/VC-backed healthcare technology companies. We diagnose what's broken in their go-to-market, build the commercial foundation to fix it, and get them investor-ready. Our founder also runs Brett Jansen AI — an AI education and coaching business for senior leaders. You'll support both businesses. This is a two-person operation backed by AI. We don't have layers of management, approval chains, or bureaucracy. You'll work directly with the founder, move fast, and own your outcomes.About the RoleYou'll be the execution and quality control layer for a founder who runs two businesses with AI at the center of everything. Research, drafting, analysis, formatting, and first-pass execution are already handled by AI workflows and integrated platforms.Your job isn't to do all of this manually. Your job is to be the human-in-the-loop — the person who triggers the right workflows, QCs what the AI produces, catches what it misses, and makes sure nothing slips between systems. Think of yourself less as an executor and more as an agent supervisor who ensures the output meets the quality bar before it reaches a client, a prospect, or the founder's inbox.If you've never managed AI-generated outputs, this role will feel overwhelming. If you already live inside AI tools and know how to get 80% of the way there in minutes and spend your time on the 20% that matters — you'll thrive here.What You'll Do HereClient Engagement SupportPrep client call briefs — pull prior meeting notes, open action items, and recent correspondence into a one-page format before every callClean up, format, and polish slide decks and client deliverables (sprint playbooks, pitch decks, competitive landscapes, positioning documents)Run sprint analysis templates — populate ICP frameworks, competitive grids, market sizing, and messaging matrices with researchBuild and maintain competitive intelligence files for active client verticalsManage NDA and contract execution via DocuSign — send, track, chase signatures, file completed documentsDraft client follow-up emails and meeting recaps for reviewAssemble data rooms and organize deliverable packages for investor readiness engagementsTrack sprint timelines and flag when deliverables are due or at risk of slippingResearch target companies, executives, market trends, and funding activity to support live engagementsProposal and Business DevelopmentDraft and format proposals and SOWs for both the advisory firm and the AI coaching businessMaintain proposal templates — keep pricing, scope language, and case studies currentTrack proposal status (sent, viewed, follow-up needed, closed) and flag stale opportunitiesResearch inbound leads before discovery calls — company background, funding stage, key contacts, recent newsMonitor industry funding rounds, partnership announcements, and signals that could open new business conversationsCRM & Pipeline ManagementKeep CRM pipeline data clean and current — update deal stages, add notes from calls, log activitiesGenerate weekly pipeline snapshots — what moved, what stalled, what needs attentionFlag deals that have gone quiet and draft re-engagement outreach for reviewMaintain contact records for key relationships — investors, referral partners, PE operating partners, portfolio company CEOsCEO & Personal Brand SupportManage inbound speaking requests — gather event details, check calendar availability, draft responsesResearch podcast opportunities and draft outreach pitches for guest appearancesMaintain the founder's speaker kit — bio, headshots, topic list, past appearances, testimonialsDraft and send invoices for coaching and speaking engagementsTrack course enrollment data and flag trendsCoordinate with the Kajabi backend contractor — escalate issues, QC updates, test user experienceOrganize and maintain the digital asset library — decks, frameworks, templates, branded documentYou're A Fit If.... You're an AI power user. You use Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, or similar tools daily — not as a novelty, but as core infrastructure for how you work. You can show examples of how AI makes you faster.You're organized and fast. You don't need to be told twice. You track your own work, flag issues before they become problems, and close loops without being chased.You turn messy into clean. Give you a rough transcript, a set of scattered notes, or a half-baked deck and you produce something polished and professional.You're comfortable across tools. Google Workspace, DocuSign, PowerPoint, CRM platforms, project management tools — you pick up new software quickly and don't need hand-holding.You have a bias toward action. You do the thing, then ask if it needs adjusting. You don't wait for perfect instructions.B2B or healthcare tech experience is a plus, not a requirement.
