Construction Manager/Estimator/Superintendent

Compensation $140,000.00 - $165,000.00/year Job Description Construction Leader – Direct Residential and Commercial Project Lifecycle from Bid to Build Job Overview Salary/Pay Rate: $140,000 to $165,000 per year (based on experience) plus Performance Bonus. Location: Hybrid (Bay Area, CA). Job/Employment Type: Full-Time. Project Scope: General Construction (Residential, Commercial Industrial, Government or Federal). Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: None Required. The Opportunity You will hold a high-impact leadership position within a rapidly expanding company, reporting directly to the CEO. This multifaceted role combines strategic estimation with hands-on field supervision, allowing you to drive the success of diverse residential and commercial builds. How You Will Make an Impact Administer the planning and supervision of construction projects from inception to completion to ensure quality and budget objectives. Formulate accurate cost estimates for bids and proposals by analyzing labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor quotes. Develop comprehensive project schedules to coordinate the seamless delivery of materials and labor. Collaborate with architects and engineers to review project plans and proactively resolve potential design or structural issues. Conduct rigorous site visits to enforce safety regulations, quality standards, and adherence to project specifications. Communicate project milestones and technical adjustments effectively to clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders. Help drive growth and build company book of business. Required Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 5 years of experience specifically in construction management and estimating. High School Diploma or GED. Extensive knowledge of construction best practices, building codes, and safety techniques. Proficient in project management software and the Microsoft Office Suite. Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various project sites. Preferred Qualifications & Experience 8+ years of experience managing residential and commercial construction projects. 5+ years of experience in construction estimating. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Exceptional negotiation and leadership abilities within a fast-paced environment.
