Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Counselor based in Memphis, TN, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Counselor will provide professional guidance and support to clients, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and facilitating individual and group counseling sessions. Additional responsibilities include maintaining thorough and accurate documentation, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and offering crisis intervention when needed. The Counselor will advocate for the well-being of clients and ensure the delivery of appropriate mental health and support services. Qualifications Strong assessment, counseling, and active listening skillsAbility to develop and implement effective treatment plans with a client-focused approachProficiency in written communication, record-keeping, and case documentationExperience collaborating with cross-functional teams and conducting group counseling sessionsKnowledge of mental health practices and tools, with crisis intervention abilitiesBachelor's or Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related disciplineLicensure or certification in counseling or mental health as required by state regulationsProficiency with digital tools and remote work platformsEmpathy, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for supporting individuals in achieving their goals
