ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop core services and applications on AWS for the product creation platformPromote engineering standards and architecture decisions across the organizationImprove AI-assisted development tooling, standards, and quality gates for reliable AI-accelerated deliveryOwn technical decisions end-to-end, including tradeoff assessments and cross-partner alignmentTranslate business challenges into scalable software solutions with product owners and partnersMentor and grow teammates through technical direction, code and design reviews
Key requirements8+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years in a lead, staff, or senior+ roleProven track record building and operating production-grade enterprise softwareDeep understanding of distributed system design and architecture patternsHands-on experience with AI-assisted development workflows and evaluating AI-generated code for production qualityProficiency in C#/.NET, Java, Go or comparable languages; AWS; Docker/ECS/EKS; CI/CD; REST APIs; event-driven systems; relational databasesExperience influencing engineers through pairing, feedback, and driving technical excellenceStrong ownership mindset and ability to drive outcomes across technical and non-technical partnersBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experiencestrong communicationownership and accountabilitycross-functional collaborationAWSDockerECS
