IMCOR is looking for individuals who want to be part of a high-performing team dedicated to excellence every day.Position SummaryIMCOR is seeking a skilled Welder to support our fabrication and construction teams. This role is responsible for welding, fabricating, and assembling piping systems, structural components, and mechanical systems to meet project specifications and quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform welding on pipe, structural steel, and sheet metal componentsInterpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to complete work accuratelyFabricate and assemble components for HVAC, piping, and plumbing systemsEnsure all welds meet quality and safety standardsAssist with layout, cutting, fitting, and installation of materialsInspect completed work to ensure structural integrity and complianceMaintain welding equipment and tools in safe working conditionFollow all company safety policies and proceduresQualificationsProven experience as a welder in construction, mechanical, or industrial environmentsProficiency in welding techniques (e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick)Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsKnowledge of piping systems, HVAC systems, or structural fabrication preferredStrong attention to detail and craftsmanshipAbility to work independently and as part of a teamValid driver’s license (preferred)Preferred QualificationsWelding certifications (AWS or equivalent)Experience in mechanical construction or fabrication shop environmentsPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift heavy materials and work in physically demanding conditionsComfortable working in various environments, including outdoor job sites and fabrication shopsAbility to stand, bend, kneel, and work at heights as neededCompensation & BenefitsIMCOR offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, including:Medical, dental, and vision insuranceLife insuranceShort- and long-term disability401(k) planEqual Opportunity EmployerIMCOR is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity in the workplace.
