Responsibilities: Kettle boiling and baking all bagels fresh daily, plus baking assorted pastries Mixing, proofing & shaping bagel dough Following food handling procedures & maintain food quality to the Fat Bagels standards Maintaining a clean work environment Assisting cooks with sandwich production Experience: Previous baking or cooking experience, willing to train the right person Requirements: Ability to lift 50lbs Shift start times as early as 3:30am We offer competitive pay and benefits, including: Hourly wage starts at $18.00 hourly, plus tips (averaging an additional $4.00-$6.00 hourly).
