Key Responsibilities:Provide professional haircare services, including cutting, coloring, highlighting, and waxing Conduct thorough client consultations Maintain a friendly, guestfocused environment Utilize modern tools, techniques, and salon technology Assist with endofday administrative tasks Qualifications:Valid New Mexico Cosmetology or Barber LicenseFlexible schedule (evenings/weekends) Strong communication and basic administrative skills Physical ability to stand, bend, lift up to 25 lbs., and work with fragrances/chemicals Compensation & Benefits:Average earnings of $23-$43/hr.
