With our continued growth and mission focus we are looking to add a Payroll/ Billing Specialist to our team in the Long Island Office. This role will start off as fully-in office. Position SummaryAre you a detail-oriented financial professional with a passion for accuracy and organization? We're looking for a Payroll/Billing Specialist to join our team and manage a key book of business across both payroll and billing functions. In this role, you'll play a critical part in ensuring a seamless internal and external client experience - handling full-cycle payroll, client billing, and everything in between. Essential Job DutiesHandle end-to-end payroll and billing for a portfolio of clients Accurately enter payroll data and maintain up-to-date employee records Process W-2s, garnishments, and direct deposits Generate and issue invoices, credit memos, and resolve any discrepancies Collaborate with sales, customer service, and clients to investigate and resolve issues Ensure confidentiality and integrity in all payroll and billing matters Position Requirements2+ years of experience in payroll, billing, or collections Strong data entry skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Experience with Valiant and QuickBooks a plus Highly organized with strong critical thinking and communication skills Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment A team player with a strong sense of integrity and confidentiality High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred) Previous experience in a service-based company is ideal The expected hiring range for this position is $28.00- $32.00 an hour plus overtime, commensurate with experience and location.
