JOB TITLE: Final Assembler - 2nd ShiftSUPERVISOR: Production ManagerSHIFT: 2nd (3:30pm - 2:00am, Mon-Thu)STATUS: Non-Exempt (Hourly)LOCATION: Two Harbors, MNSALARY RANGE: $22 - $32Every weekend is a 3-day weekend. You will work Monday through Thursday, 3:30pm to 2:00am. Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays are yours — every single week. If you've ever wanted a job that actually leaves room for a life, this is it.What You'll Be DoingYou'll build SERCO loaders and grapples — the kind of heavy-duty machinery that shows up on real job sites doing real work. Not parts moving down a line for something you'll never see. Full machines, start to finish, that leave our floor with your work on them.Day to day, that means:Reading blueprints and technical drawings, then bringing them to lifeAttaching hydraulic hoses, booms, and cylindersTaking precision measurements to make sure every component fits like it shouldAligning and assembling parts with hand tools, fixtures, and fastening equipmentCatching issues, flagging defective parts, and holding the line on qualityRunning a forklift to move parts and components around the shopKeeping your area clean, organized, and safeWhat We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalent. No college required.A mechanical head. You like figuring out how things go together. You've maybe wrenched on cars, built things at home, or worked in a shop before.You can read a blueprint — or you're ready to learn fast.You know your way around calipers and a tape measure, or you will soon.Attention to detail. You'd rather do it right than do it twice.Basic communication skills — you can flag a problem when you see one.Pay$22–$32/hour, based on experience. We tell you the range upfront because you shouldn't have to guess.The physical realityThis is a hands-on job. You'll be on your feet, doing repetitive assembly work, lifting up to 30 lbs, and wearing PPE. You need good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
