Complete appropriate forms or requisitions neededResponsible for tracking system for follow-up appointments related to office visits, laboratory tests and procedures to regularly follow patients monitoring disease status and injuryAppropriately understands the client's work-site culture and processes while modeling UPH FOCUS ValuesQualificationsEducationGraduate of accredited nursing program for Registered Nurses.Experience3 Years Clinical ExperienceLicense(s)/Certification(s)Valid driver's license when driving any vehicle for work-related reasons.Current license to practice nursing in Iowa, Illinois, or whichever state performing RN functions in for Registered NurseBLS Certification
