Plant Maintenance Mechanic

Brannan Ready Mix is Seeking a Highly Qualified Concrete Plant Maintenance Mechanic Purpose of Job: Help in improving the safe and healthy work environment. Under general direction this person is responsible for maintenance and repair of all Concrete Plant locations. At times they may be asked to operate machinery or assist in plant operations. Maintenance personnel are not limited and may perform other related duties as assigned. Key Job Functions: Comply with all safety and environmental regulations Keep equipment running efficiently, document /log all maintenance preformed. Maintain PM program to minimize downtime Consult with manager on the day to day duties preformed, consult with manager on up coming projects May act for manager in his absence Education, Experience, Skills: Education: High School Diploma / GED Related Experience: Minimum 2 years industry experience, preferably in concrete plant maintenance Benchmarks Skills and Attributes: Resourcefulness; Doing Whatever it Takes; Decisiveness; straightforwardness and composure, Balance between personal life and work.
