Health, dental, and vision insurance*401 (k) with company match*Paid vacation days and holidays*Paid parental bonding leave*Tuition or professional certification reimbursement*Weekly pay12 complimentary tickets and 4 parking passes per year to share with friends and familyAttraction share program with 5 visits per year, with up to 3 guests at discounted rates to popular Florida attractionsRewards and recognition program with cool gifts and merchandiseTraining and development with opportunities for internal mobility and growth, including the chance to work at our other locations nationwide*Available for eligible team members, part-time team members must earn eligibilityWhat will you do?Coordinate, schedule, and track required safety and compliance training for all team members using the Learning Management System Maintain accurate training records, certifications, databases, and dashboards in accordance with NASA, federal, state, and organizational requirements Assist with the development, updating, and delivery of training materials, curriculum, onboarding sessions, and safety certification courses Monitor certification expiration dates and compliance deadlines, including OSHA, CPR AED, first aid, DOT, food safety, and job‑specific requirements Ensure mandated safety and risk management training is assigned, completed, and documented in line with OSHA and organizational policies Generate weekly and monthly training and compliance reports and provide documentation for audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews Communicate training requirements, deadlines, reminders, and guidance while responding to employee and manager inquiries Partner with Human Resources, Safety, and department leaders to identify training gaps, support occupational health programs, and coordinate safety and engagement initiatives Drive a company vehicle as neededMore about youMust have a valid driver's license and transportation to drive yourself to and from workAssociate degree in occupational safety, human resources, training and development, or related field preferred Minimum of 1 year of experience in training coordination, safety, compliance, or administrative support Experience with Learning Management Systems preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information Report writing, presentation, negotiation, and analytical skills Physical requirementsAbility to walk/stand for extended periods of time.
