As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring efficiency and accuracy throughout our operations. Your responsibilities include receiving and storing incoming stock and materials, picking and fulfilling orders with precision, and maintaining an organized, well-functioning warehouse environment.

Duties:
Ensure accuracy in order fulfillment to other departments including Service, Manufacturing, Parts, and Wholegood Sales.
Accurately and promptly receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material. Examine and inspect items and packages for wear or defects and report concerns to management.
Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup in accordance with schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship). Pick-up and deliver items in the Fairbanks region using company vehicles.
Perform administrative duties to include but not limited to answering telephones, filing, scanning, emailing, reproducing copies, and all necessary RIMSS Data Entry and Research. Ensure all routine paperwork is completed accurately and promptly.
Assist Warehouse Lead with monthly cycle counts, ensuring items are always stocked in the correct locations, and overstock is accounted for. Communicate shortages, low stock levels, and shipping/receiving issues to leadership.
Operate heavy machinery indoors and outside.
Effectively multitask and manage shifting priorities. Solve problems to maintain workflow efficiency while maintaining attention to detail to minimize errors.
Perform necessary tasks to ensure cleanliness of workspace free of debris in warehouse, annex, and yard. Assist in the yard when needed.
Recognize potential safety or maintenance concerns and communicate them to lead.
All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Proven experience in warehouse operations and materials handling
Proficiency in operating forklifts, and cherry pickers
Familiarity with distribution center processes and order picking
Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices
Ability to perform heavy lifting and operate heavy equipment
Previous experience in a supervisory role is a plus
