Basic Qualifications Minimum Degree Required Bachelor Degree Minimum Years Of Experience 3 year(s) Preferred Qualifications A certification in a SuccessFactors Module Preferred Knowledge/Skills Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success delivering Employee Central Payroll projects: Full life-cycle implementations of SAP Employee Central Payroll from planning to configuration through go-live; Leading teams and driving their work to establish project timelines are met; Managing work streams such as monitoring for project issues and determining escalation; Functional and technical experience in Employee Central Payroll and all other SuccessFactors solutions; Identifying and addressing client needs; Leading and participating in client discussions and meetings and communicating a broad range of firm services; Managing engagements, dealing with unanticipated issues, preparing concise and accurate documents, and balancing project economics; Team leadership by creating a positive environment, monitoring workloads, providing candid feedback, keeping leadership informed, answering questions and directing less-experienced staff.
