IT Helpdesk Support Technician - Part-Time, Weekends

We are an MSP based in the United States. We are looking for a IT Helpdesk Technician based in our Springfield, Illinois office to perform the functions of a Helpdesk Support Technician, weekends from 8am to 5pm Central Time (GMT -6) Saturday and Sunday. This position will be responsible for providing support to our clients and their end users for help desk needs. Reviewing tickets, and performing the required tasks needed to resolve support requests, maintenance requests, alerts, outages, projects, etc. We require the technician be skilled with the following technologies: Microsoft Technologies (Windows Server 2012/2016/2019/2022, Windows Desktops), Switches Access Points Firewalls VMWare/Proxmox/Hyper-V SANs VEEAM Backups VoIP Technologies and all other tech items. Previous Experience working in a PSA Toolset is preferred. (Connectwise Manage and Automate, preferred). A minimum of 1 years experience in a Helpdesk environment is required.
