PMO Lead

Our client is looking for a PMO Lead to transform their CRM operating model into a scalable governance framework. This role will own operational oversight, implement structured intake and prioritization models, and manage SLA performance across Adobe Campaign and HTML production teams. Responsibilities:Own CRM governance framework and intake processImplement and manage PM tools (Workfront / Jira) and associated workflowDrive automation and process improvement initiativesCoordinate cross-functional teams (Campaign Management, Adobe Campaign Development, HTML Production, QA)Support the evolution of AI-enabled CRM capabilitiesQualifications:10+ years in digital production or CRM program managementExperience in Martech-driven environmentsStrong knowledge of Adobe Campaign or similar CRM platforms and HTMLExperience with PM tools (Workfront / Jira preferred)Experience managing offshore and cross-functional teamsBachelor's degree required; PMP preferredSalt is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
